The Father judges no one
but has given all judgment to the Son. (1)
Do not let your hearts be troubled;
believe in God, believe also in me. (2)
Do not believe me unless I do what my Father does. (3)
But if I do this, even though you do not believe me,
believe the works of God in my works,
that the Father is in me, and I in the Father. (4)
I tell you what I have seen in the Father’s presence. (5)
Why is my language not clear to you?
Because you are unable to hear what I say. (6)
Those who have ears, let them hear. (7)
Because I tell the truth, you do not believe me! (8)
Because I have come in my Father’s name,
you do not accept me although you accept this world’s names. (9)
How can you believe in God but reject His word which I speak?
When you believe in me, you do not believe in me only,
but you believe in the one who sent me. (10)
“I am the way and the truth and the life.
No one comes to the Father except through me.” (11)
To trust in God, trust in me.
